Purchases
When you place an order for a product you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these terms. If the product is available and the details of the order are correct it will be processed and an email sent to confirm its dispatch. If in the event that the ordered product is not available cachebox.110mb.com will email the buyer as soon as possible. Cachebox.110mb.com reserves the right to cancel any sale or order and not supply the products for any reason and may change or discontinue any products availability at any time. If in the event of an order cancellation, any payment or remainder of payment made will be refunded in full.
Price
Prices quoted are in US dollars. We always try to make sure our prices are accurate but errors may occur. If we find any errors in the pricing of products in your order we will notify you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. You will be given the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to reach you we will treat the order as cancelled.
Payment
All payments for orders are to be made using Paypal or Google Checkout (from a credit card or nominated bank account) unless agreed with us for an alternative arrangement. Please contact us if this is required.
Availability
We do our best to make sure items listed on the website are available but cannot guarantee its availability. If we cannot supply an item, we will email you to offer an alternative or refund.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched to the address registered in the customer's Paypal account unless told otherwise. Please make sure your Paypal details are up to date to avoid problems or delays. We offer delivery worldwide by standard service. For UK this is usually within 1-3 days, for the EU it is usually within a week, for the rest of the world this is normally within two weeks. Shorter deliveries times are known to have happened but cannot be guaranteed. For large orders (over $75) we recommend you request additional postage insurance to benefit from order tracking and insurance cover against loss. Delivery to outside of the USA may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company should advise you the charges due or else you should consult your local customs office. We cannot advise you what these charges will be and cannot be responsible for them.
Returns
If you experience problems with any of our products, please let us know and we will try to make arrangements for either a refund or a replacement, subject to the original item being returned safely. In the case of a refund, the amount refunded will be equal to the price paid for the item in US dollars only, and does not include the cost of any postage that has been paid.
